Electrical Panel Assembler (Entry-Level Electrical Panel Assembler)

Location: Auburn Hills, MI 48326 (Onsite)

Schedule:

• Summer hours (through 9/5):
  Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM
• Non-summer:
  Mon–Thu 7:00 AM–3:30 PM;
  Fri 6:30 AM–2:30 PM
• Pay: $20.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Read build sheets, work instructions, and production documentation
• Assemble electrical back plates, enclosures, and panel layouts per documentation
• Install electrical components (controllers, devices, hardware) per prints
• Perform point-to-point wiring using proper color/gauge, ferrules, tags, labels, and identification
• Use basic hand tools and power tools safely (cutters, crimpers, drills/drivers, etc.)
• Follow quality standards, SOPs, and safety requirements
• Support team workflow by assisting coworkers as needed
• Maintain clean, organized workstations (5S mindset)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy (wiring, labeling, component placement)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfort working in a production/manufacturing environment
• Preferred /prints, wire routing, ferrules, crimping, terminals, DIN rail, enclosures, build sheets, manufacturing, quality
