We are currently looking for dedicated professionals to fill our Electrical Panel Builder / Electrical Assembly Technician positions. You will play a key role in the construction, wiring, evaluation, and verification of control panels and automation hardware for our top-tier robotic systems.

We are currently looking for dedicated professionals to fill our Electrical Panel Builder / Electrical Assembly Technician positions. You will play a key role in the construction, wiring, evaluation, and verification of control panels and automation hardware for our top-tier robotic systems.
Core Responsibilities- Construct electrical control panels and associated hardware by strictly adhering to engineering specifications and design prints.
- Analyze and translate technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
- Execute equipment wiring tasks while maintaining compliance with voltage requirements and standard color-coding protocols.
- Prepare enclosures by performing necessary layouts and cutouts to meet specific build demands.
- Ensure all mechanical and electrical parts align perfectly with the provided Bills of Material (BOM).
- Help maintain a high standard of quality by performing inspections that verify safety, continuity, and workmanship against FANUC benchmarks.
- Utilize various electrical hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, soldering irons, crimpers, and wire strippers.
- Finalize all necessary ERP transactions and work order documentation.
- Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following protocols like Lockout/Tagout, hazardous material handling, and PPE usage.
- Meet established production targets through effective independent work and collaborative team efforts.
- Possession of a GED or High School Diploma.
- Between one and five years of professional experience in electrical testing, panel building, or manufacturing assembly.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and utilize engineering drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
- Practical background in both mechanical and electrical assembly processes.
- Skilled in the operation of measurement devices and standard electrical hand tools.
- Help ensure product excellence by maintaining a sharp focus on detail and quality standards.
- Prior experience operating within a manufacturing facility.
- We welcome applications from Electricians, Maintenance Technicians, Electrical Apprentices, Automotive Technicians, and Panel Builders.
- Prior exposure to ISO 9001 standards.
- Familiarity with utilizing ERP software systems.
- Understanding of manufacturing safety protocols, including MIOSHA guidelines and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
