Position Summary
The Electrical Panel Assembler is an entry-level manufacturing role responsible for assisting in the layout, assembly, and wiring of electrical panels according to customer specifications and production documentation.
This role is best suited for a detail-oriented individual who can work independently while contributing effectively in a team-based production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review build sheets, prints, and production documentation prior to assembly
- Assemble electrical plates and enclosures based on build instructions
- Install electrical components, controllers, and related hardware per specifications
- Wire components using proper:
- Color coding
- Wire gauge
- Ferrules
- Cable tags
- Required identification per prints
- Assist coworkers as needed to support workflow and maintain a positive team environment
- Follow all quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to safely and effectively use hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of electrical assembly processes (preferred)
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Technical or vocational training is a plus
