UNIIITED is seeking a Manager of Machining Operations to launch and own the first precision machining cell from day one—select equipment, stand up the cell, build the team, and set the standards that shape machining for years to come.
Based in the Oxford, MI area, this full-time role leads end-to-end machining, from drawing review and CNC programming to setup, tooling, and hands-on production, while ensuring ITAR, ISO 9001, and AS9100 compliance and driving capacity planning with leadership.
