Stellantis is seeking a Wood Model Maker for our Prototype Wood Model Shop (Concept Tooling) in Auburn Hills, MI. The role involves building rough stock for CNC machines, hand crafting parts, and finishing sanded and coated models for lamination or vacuum forming.
You will read 2D/3D drawings and select appropriate woodworking tools to ensure precise fit and surface finish. Preferred candidates have experience with fiberglass/carbon fiber lamination and a strong eye for detail.
