Shift: Night Shift, 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

• Monitor and assess patients recovering from cardiac procedures, including heart catheterizations and vascular surgeries.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies, including blood products and emergency medications.
• Perform frequent vital signs and neurovascular checks.
• Provide respiratory support using BiPAP, CPAP, and Vapotherm as necessary.
• Recognize and manage dysrhythmias and general cardiac care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.

• 2+ years of recent Step-Down RN experience required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Strong skills in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management.
• Experience with IV/Vascular management, including PICC line care.
• Knowledge of post-cardiac care and respiratory management.
