Leads the global Supplier Quality training strategy for internal teams and suppliers. Drives capability development through a blended approach (web-based, in-person, and on-site supplier training) to ensure consistent application of Stellantis standards and improved supplier performance.
Key Responsibilities- Define and deploy global SQD training framework aligned with APQP, Control Plan, MRS, CAT, and IATF
- Deliver internal training via e-learning, virtual sessions, and in-person workshops
- Lead Supplier Training Weeks (global/regional, in-person + virtual)
- Conduct on-site supplier training focused on core tools and shop floor application
- Deploy global training for APQP/PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MRS, CAT
- Ensure training effectiveness through audits, field validation, and supplier engagement
- Manage training content, certification, and digital learning platforms
- Lead creation of Organizational Radar Charts
- Engineering or Quality degree
- Minimum 8+ years in Supplier Quality / Manufacturing
- Strong experience in APQP, PPAP, supplier development, and training delivery
- Ability to operate globally and cross-functionally
Global travel required 60% (Supplier Sites, etc.)
