Stellantis in North America Quality is seeking a Total Warranty Spend Engineer to join the Field Quality team in Auburn Hills, MI. You will own cradle-to-grave warranty issues, from detection through root cause, corrective action, and validation of effectiveness.
You will lead issue identification using warranty data, analytics, and field inputs, coordinating cross-functional teams with Engineering, Supplier Quality, and Mopar TSO to reduce warranty spend while protecting customer satisfaction.
