Join Team Merlin and help create amazing memories for guests from around the world! We're looking for enthusiastic, guest-focused team members to join our Retail Team.
Available to work 2–3 days per week including at least one weekend day. Wednesday and Sunday availability is required.

Qualifications & ExperienceYou bring positive energy, love interacting with people, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests of all ages.
6 months–1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
Friendly, outgoing, and confident in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great guest experiences
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
Comfortable working around crowds, loud noises, and attraction environments
Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Most importantly, you're reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to help create unforgettable LEGO adventures every day!
