Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, recommend items, and thank guests for shopping at Game Stop;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager;
Process guest purchases/returns using POS system and ensure accurate transactions;
Schedule store associates and ensure breaks/meals are accounted for; train associates on policies and procedures;
Assist in achieving sales, profit, and shrink goals and complete administrative duties including payroll and cash handling
