Sales Account Manager - Asian OEM/EV (English/Japanese Bilingual)

- Maintain and grow customer relationships & satisfaction
- Secure profitable growth within our holistic product portfolio, prioritizing targeted platforms and opportunities
- Coordinate with internal cross functional teams to ensure customer and business unit success
- Secure cash flow income & EBIT targets to ensure positive company financial performance
- Maintain consistent presence with customer purchasing, engineering, and advanced development teams
- Represent the company as needed at industry events, trade shows, and technical demonstrations
- Define and execute mid & long-term strategy for customer accounts
- Identify & secure new business through strategic customer planning, relationship building, and active customer account management
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 5+ years of Sales experience; preferably in Tier 1 Automotive
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience working with a Japanese OEM is preferred. Japanese language skill is a plus
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity to cultivate
