Inside Sales Representative

Overview

Fleet Trucking Electronics/Hydraulics Distributor is looking for an Inside Sales Representative. The role requires a confident person who is proficient in all aspects of customer service.

• Dealing one on one with customers, primarily via phone and email.
• Order taking and processing.
• General customer questions, customer data maintenance and customer follow up.
• Servicing an established customer base, prospecting new sales leads, establishing new customers, and all associated documentation and reports.

• Excellent Telephone Communication
• Read and interpret routine reports, customer communications and operating procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Must be a self-starter with good time management skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Understand basic number concepts.

• Compensation: $18 / Hour + Commission* (upon completed training period – 30 to 60 days)
