Advisor Endzone & Loyalty

Join DICK'S Sporting Goods as an Advisor, Endzone & Loyalty, helping athletes and fans get the most from our Score Card loyalty, credit, and game-day experiences. You'll engage customers on the sales floor and at checkout, explaining loyalty benefits, enrolling new members, and promoting special Endzone offers and events. Use product and brand knowledge to recommend gear, drive add-on sales, and create energetic, fan-focused interactions.

You'll track goals, support in-store marketing, resolve basic account questions, and partner with teammates to deliver fast, friendly service in a performance-driven retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to promote and enroll them in loyalty and credit programs
• Explain Endzone & loyalty benefits, offers, and events clearly and accurately
• Operate POS systems to process sales, returns, and loyalty enrollments
• Use product knowledge to recommend gear and drive add-on sales
• Support in-store Endzone and loyalty marketing displays and signage
• Track personal and store loyalty enrollment goals and performance metrics
• Assist customers with basic loyalty account or reward questions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fan-focused sales and checkout area
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth store operations and service
• Follow company policies for cash handling, privacy, and compliance
