We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and appearance of our property. This role includes general maintenance responsibilities with a strong focus on painting, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks (e.g., minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
• Prepare surfaces and complete interior and exterior painting projects
• Patch drywall, sand, prime, and apply paint finishes
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
• Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with regulations

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Experience with painting (prep, finishing, different surfaces) required
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality
• Good problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
• Physically able to lift up to [e.g., 50 lbs] and perform manual tasks
• Reliable transportation is an asset

• Experience in senior living communities is a plus
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
