Auburn Hills’ Fieldstone Golf Club is among the top public courses in Metro Detroit, featuring holes designed by renowned architect Arthur Hills. The club offers exceptional maintenance, a diverse landscape, and a dedicated professional staff to provide a private‑club‑style experience.

The Golf Service Attendant provides exceptional service and facilitates golf play, ensuring first‑class amenities and a professional atmosphere for all Fieldstone Golf Club programs.

Seasonal Full‑time (40 hrs per week) or Permanent Part‑time (maximum 29 hrs per week). Positions run from March through October with flexible scheduling available.

• Graduation from high school or GED equivalent and a valid Michigan Driver’s License.
• Any combination of experience and training demonstrating the knowledge and skills required for the role.
• Experience playing golf.
• Working knowledge of point‑of‑sale systems (typing and computer skills necessary) and servicing clients in a first‑class golf environment.
• Knowledge of operational equipment and janitorial supplies.
• Ability to work independently and complete daily tasks according to the work schedule.
• Ability to lift medium to heavy objects.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, following instructions and establishing effective relationships.
• Basic numerical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Ability to memorize rate cards, play policies, and programs.

Pay Rate: $13.73 – $15.50 per hour, depending on qualifications.
