듀폰에 입사해야 하는 이유 | 듀폰 채용  are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support facility operations at our Auburn Hills, Michigan R&D site. This position helps keep facility systems, utilities, and equipment operating safely, reliably, and  this role, you will operate, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems and equipment. The ideal candidate has journeyman-level HVAC or electrical experience, can work independently on complex issues, and can serve as a technical resource for facility, lab, and contractor teams.

The position includes both hands-on maintenance and administrative support. Hands-on work includes inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment support throughout the facility. Administrative work includes SAP and LIMS documentation, maintenance planning, contractor coordination, purchasing or inventory support, and required training.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems and utilities, including HVAC, process equipment, electrical systems, controls, and related building equipment.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime, improve reliability, and support safe daily facility operations.

Serve as the equipment responsible person (ERP) for assigned equipment, including inspections, calibrations, verifications, and accurate documentation in SAP and LIMS.Troubleshoot routine and moderately complex facility issues while following applicable SOPs, codes, standards, and site safety requirements.

Coordinate maintenance work with facility staff, internal teams, and third-party contractors to support quality execution and timely completion.

Maintain spare parts inventory and procure materials, tools, parts, and supplies needed for maintenance and project work.

Support EH&S, environmental, quality, life critical standards, lockout/tagout, safe work permitting, electrical safety, and other compliance requirements.

Identify and support improvements that enhance safety, performance, efficiency, sustainability, and equipment reliability.

Work Schedule This is a first-shift position. Overtime, weekend support, off-hours support, or on-call availability may be required based on maintenance and facility needs.

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:

Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and climb stairs or ladders. These activities are required to inspect and repair equipment.

Use hands and arms to handle tools, materials, and equipment components.

Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 45 pounds.

Wear required personal protective equipment and follow site safety standards.

Required:

Completion of technical or vocational training in HVAC, electrical, industrial maintenance, or a related field.

Journeyman-level HVAC or electrical certification.
7+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, laboratory, R&D, or similarly complex environment.

Advanced troubleshooting and repair experience with commercial or industrial HVAC systems, electrical distribution, controls, mechanical systems, pneumatic systems, and related building systems.

Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, technical drawings, equipment manuals, and related technical documentation.

Strong problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and coordinate across lab, facility, leadership, and contractor teams.

Ability to share technical knowledge, support training, and contribute to a strong safety culture.
