Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React, Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and enterprise‑scale application development. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of overall IT experience, including 3+ years of web service development and integration, preferably in an Automotive OEM environment.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns, secure coding practices, microservice architecture, and Dev Ops concepts in cloud environments. This position requires strong collaboration skills to work with business analysts, solution architects, and cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed design, development, unit testing, and integration of enterprise applications.
- Deliver scalable, high‑quality software that meets functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Develop configurable software services that integrate with enterprise services and systems.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, coordinating across extended application teams as needed.
- Apply secure development practices, patterns, and coding standards.
- Create or update system design documentation, service specifications, and technical diagrams.
- Produce process and data flow diagrams to define data movement and system interactions.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation approaches.
- Support functional and performance testing activities.
- Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and delivery leads to ensure project alignment.
- Ensure assigned deliverables are completed within project timelines.
- Design, develop, deploy, test, and maintain enterprise-scale technical assets including:
- Web applications
- Databases
- Container platforms
- IAM and API management systems
- Infrastructure and integration solutions
- Work within an Agile environment, participating in sprint ceremonies and cross-team collaboration.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of total IT experience with at least 3+ years in web service development and integration.
- Strong Automotive OEM background.
- Solid understanding of enterprise services, microservices, and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) concepts.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Front‑End / Web Technologies
- Strong experience building cross‑platform hybrid web applications using:
- Deep understanding of:
- Storybook
- Reusable component library development
- Fundamental understanding of micro‑frontend architecture (hands‑on experience preferred).
- Proven experience developing customer‑facing web portals and troubleshooting UI/UX issues.
Back‑End / Services
- Strong experience with Java/J2SE 8, core APIs, performance optimization, and profiling.
- Hands‑on experience building REST APIs using Spring Boot.
- Experience with microservices development and deployment principles.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks including OAuth2, OIDC, and JWT.
- Experience with Hibernate, HQL, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
Databases
- Strong experience with relational databases such as:
- Oracle
- MySQL
- Or other equivalent RDBMS
Tools & Platforms
- Experience with:
- Eclipse, Intelli
J, or Visual Studio - Dev Ops practices in a cloud environment (preferred)
- Identity and Access Management
- Container platforms
- Network and infrastructure concepts
- Experience with Liferay Portal technology is a major plus.
