We're looking for an AWS Full Stack Developer to provide technical leadership across multiple teams while building and evolving cloud-native applications. This role blends hands-on development with system design, architectural decision-making, and mentorship — partnering closely with engineering leadership, product, and platform teams to shape long-term technical direction.

Role Focus
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient AWS-based systems
  • Drive cloud architecture decisions across compute, storage, networking, and security
  • Architect and build full-stack applications using Python and Java
  • Build and evolve RESTful APIs and event-driven services
  • Design and iterate data pipelines using Big Data technologies
  • Build custom ETL processes and real-time pipelines with strong data quality controls
  • Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and raise the technical bar
  • Collaborate on roadmap planning and influence product and technical strategy
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years in data engineering and software development
  • 4+ years hands‑on with AWS cloud services
  • 4+ years building production data applications across relational and columnar data stores
  • Strong proficiency in Python or Java
  • Experience with Big Data platforms — Spark, Big Query, AWS S3, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with event‑driven architectures, Kafka, Flink, and streaming data
  • Experience with workflow engines such as Airflow, Luigi, or Azure Data Factory
  • Strong API design, data quality, and validation skills
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field preferred
