• Prepare complex tax returns for businesses including S‑corporations, C‑corporations, partnerships, and non‑profits.
• Review the preparation of income tax returns prepared by associates.
• Assist with the coordination of engagements, including client contact, staff requirements, documentation, and timing.
• Work with more experienced team members to research and solve difficult tax issues and develop solutions for clients.
• Supervise activities of less experienced team members while working on special projects.
• Build strong client relationships to be viewed as a trusted advisor.
• Promote the firm, attract new clients, and expand business with existing clients.

• BA or BS in Accounting or related field from an accredited college/university.
• Active CPA license.

• 2–5 years of public accounting experience.

• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Good judgment and professional skepticism.
• Excellent analytical and observation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with co‑workers, staff, and clients.
• Knowledge of accounting software packages and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
