We are seeking a full-time Tax Associate to join the team. This opportunity is open to both experienced tax professionals and recent college graduates with an Accounting or related degree. Internship experience in tax or public accounting is preferred but not required.
The primary focus will be tax preparation for high-net-worth individuals and small to mid-sized businesses. Outside of tax season, the role will provide exposure to financial statements, client accounting, and outsourced accounting services, creating a well-rounded opportunity to develop both tax and accounting expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare individual and business tax returns for a diverse client base
- Assist with tax research, planning, and client questions
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and supporting documentation
- Assist with year-round outsourced accounting and general accounting services
- Work directly with clients and develop strong professional relationships
- Maintain accurate records and meet client deadlines
- Take on increasing responsibility as knowledge and experience develop
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Tax or public accounting internship experience preferred
- 2+ years of tax experience preferred for experienced candidates
- Recent graduates with limited professional experience are encouraged to apply
