We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant who enjoys helping others and keeping daily operations running smoothly. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a key point of support for staff, clients, and visitors. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a positive attitude will contribute directly to the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to managers and team members.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and documents.
  • Assist with data entry, reports, presentations, and other office-related tasks.
  • Welcome visitors and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
  • Coordinate office supplies and ensure the workplace remains organized and efficient.
  • Support special projects and assist departments as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Help improve office processes and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office technology.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
