Overview
Join the the Gift Planning Office as a Student Assistant! The Gift Planning Office is part of the Auburn University Foundation, which receives all charitable contributions made in support of and to benefit Auburn University andAUM.
This position would be best suited for individuals interested in estate planning, finance, communications, and fundraising – but we will play to your strengths! Our department benefits greatly from those who have chosen to study history, data management and hospitality. Students who can demonstrate reliability may have the opportunity to work flexible hours. Responsibilities- Assist with stewardship activities, including maintaining organized records
- Generate reports and summaries based on office data
- Schedule appointments and support travel‑related arrangements
- Provide administrative support to office staff as needed
- Collaborate with another student assistant, intern, or temporary employee to complete assigned tasks
- Enrolled student at Auburn University
- We would prefer candidates that have an interest in employment for multiple semesters, who are looking for a resume-building experience, and who understand that non-profits still mean business. Our office hours are 7:45 am to 4:45 pm, daily, excluding most university holidays.
