Job Description
Auburn Advancement and The Jay and Susie Gogue Performing Arts Center are excited to begin the search for a Development Coordinator! This position provides administrative,fundraising, stewardship, event, and donor-relations support forthe Advancement team. This position helps execute annual givinginitiatives, donor engagement strategies, sponsorship programs,gift processing, and special events while maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional donor service.

Responsibilities- Support fundraising, donor stewardship, sponsorship, and annualgiving programs.
- Coordinate donor meetings, tours, travel logistics, and advancement communications.
- Maintain prospect, donor, and constituent records and prepare reports as needed.
- Process gifts, pledges, naming opportunities, and related documentation accurately and timely.
- Assist with donor recognition, impact reporting, and stewardship activities.
- Coordinate and support advancement events, donor receptions,and council meetings.
- Monitor budgets, process reimbursements, and assist with financial tracking and reporting.
- Partner with marketing and communications staff on donor-facingmaterials and campaigns.
- Manage sponsorship benefit fulfillment and recognitionopportunities.
- Supervise student employees and assist with training and taskassignments.
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in public relations work and general office operations OR
- Master's degree
- Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of experience in public relations work and general office operations OR
- Master's degree plus 2 years of experience in public relationswork and general office operations
