What You'll Do Accurately diagnose vehicle concerns using OEM and aftermarket diagnostic equipment

Perform advanced mechanical and electrical repairs, including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, HVAC, and drivability systems

Complete manufacturer-recommended maintenance services, including fluid exchanges, tune-ups, brake service, and alignments

Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and clearly document findings and recommendations

Review and interpret service bulletins, technical data, and repair procedures

Communicate effectively with service advisors to provide timely and transparent updates

Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to verify concerns and ensure quality workmanship

Maintain shop equipment and personal tools in safe working condition

Mentor and support entry-level technicians and apprentices as needed

Ensure all repairs and documentation comply with dealership, manufacturer, and regulatory standards

Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to stay current with evolving technology and service practices

Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For2+ years of automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance experience (dealership experience preferred)
ASE certifications or manufacturer training strongly preferred

Proficiency with diagnostic scan tools and service information systems

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills

Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and drug screening
