McShane Construction Company is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager for primarily multifamily projects. The Preconstruction Manager is responsible for preliminary budgeting, schedules, bidding process, procurement, prequalification of subcontractors, detailed take-off and estimating, definition of bid packages, value engineering, and assisting in project buy-out.
Establishes and maintains a strong relationship with the Owner, designers, and subcontractors.
