Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Own all brand creative tied to the integrated promo calendar
• Develop brand storytelling systems for launches, campaigns, promos, and product narratives
• Build scalable static + motion templates for Paid, Organic, and Brand streams
• Set and evolve the creative vision to strengthen brand equity, trust, and conversion
• Deliver high-quality brand content across web, app, email, retail, packaging, and social
• Unify the brand across touchpoints and build scalable systems
• Create high-performing visuals for CRO experiments and on-site storytelling
• Build modular landing page creative systems for speed and iteration

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects)
• Figma
• Canva (including AI tools)
• Cap Cut, Premiere, After Effects, or similar motion/video tools
• Generative AI platforms (Midjourney, Veo, Runway, Stable Video, Pika, Sora, etc.)
• Frame.io, Notion, Click Up, Air
• Content planning tools aligned to the integrated promo calendar
• Hands-on creative mastery across static, motion, and video
