• Maintain and repair fleet vehicles promptly while ensuring accurate billing information is communicated
• Make outbound calls to provide updates on open events and keep customers informed
• Collaborate with roadside dispatchers to resolve any issues that arise during operations
• Effectively manage time to prioritize and complete tasks within established deadlines

• High school diploma or GED
• Up to 2 years of experience in a related field
• Strong customer service experience
• Ability to multitask and problem‑solve effectively
• Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and nights

• A degree in a related discipline or industry experience
