** Job Description**### Essential Job Functions
* Serves as the voice of the customer by communicating customer needs, priorities, and concerns internally and escalating issues to the appropriate cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
* Manages assigned customer accounts and supports ongoing commercial activities.
* Serves as the primary customer contact for CSP on assigned customer accounts.
* Identifies opportunities for incremental growth within assigned accounts.
* Prepares and supports customer quotations; coordinates internally to obtain pricing, tooling, and cost inputs in customer and company systems.
* Lead the management and reporting of customer scorecards.
* Develops customer presentations for new or existing product applications.
* Coordinates internal resources to support customer needs including but not limited to engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
* Lead the contract negotiation with assigned customers.
* Ensures orders, quotes, and customer requirements are accurately processed.
* Manages day‐to‐day customer issues, supports timely resolution and escalates when needed.
* Supports program launches, engineering changes, and lifecycle management activities.
* Documents opportunities in the CSP account planning tool and regularly tracks and reports progress, activity, and outcomes.### ### Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 5 years of sales or account management experience in automotive, industrial, heavy truck, or manufacturing environments.
* Working knowledge of OEM and Tier 1 customer requirements and processes.
* Experience with plastics, composites, or engineered materials preferred.
* Proficiency with customer portals (e.g., GM Supplier Power or equivalent).
* Strong communication, organizational, and relationship‐building skills.
* Ability to travel to customer and company locations approximately 25%.
