Job Summary
The Harrison College of Pharmacy is eager to hire a Student Services Coordinator to handle a variety of high-level administrative tasks and project coordination within the Division of Student Experience. This role supports Bachelor’s (DBPS), Graduate, and Professional Pharm

D programs. It requires a strong sense of judgment and teamwork to manage complex academic projects and program administration with minimal supervision.
The study of Pharmacy started at Auburn University in 1885. For 140 years, Auburn has trained pharmacists and pharmaceutical scientists dedicated to improving health outcomes in their communities and around the world.

Essential Functions
  • Coordinate and oversee student onboarding for all degree programs.
  • Coordinate and participate in student orientation sessions for all degree programs.
  • Work with college staff to support the Early Assurance Program for the Doctor of Pharmacy Degree program.
  • Assist with student referrals for non-academic support in all degree programs.
  • Support student organizations, including but not limited to serving as an advisor to the Harrison College of Pharmacy Executive Student Council and Harrison College of Pharmacy Ambassadors.
  • Work with Student Experience staff and the Dean’s office to manage Auburn University and external scholarships for all degree programs as the Scholarship Administrator.
  • Manage the drug testing program for the Doctor of Pharmacy program.
  • Work with college staff to promote career development initiatives.
  • Work with college faculty and staff to plan and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing student experience.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Dean for Student Experience to provide strategic direction recommendations for the Division of Student Experience.

Level II
:
Bachelor’s degree – No specific discipline.
2 years of experience in advising and/or coordinating student services or experience related to the specific academic area.

Level III
:
Bachelor’s degree – No specific discipline.
4 years of Experience in advising and/or coordinating student services or experience related to the specific academic area.
