Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Auburn, AL, for a Peer Instructor at Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. The Peer Instructor will be responsible for mentoring members, developing and delivering educational programs, facilitating workshops, and promoting the organization's values and mission through various initiatives. Additional responsibilities include planning and coordinating events, supporting academic excellence, and fostering a culture of inclusion and collaboration within the chapter.
Qualifications- Strong mentoring, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with public speaking, workshop facilitation, and event coordination
- Organizational, planning, and time management abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to academic achievement and social responsibility
- An understanding of Alpha Delta Pi's mission and values and the ability to embody them
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing enrollment in higher education is preferred
- Experience with Greek life or similar organizations is a plus
