Overview
The Center for Supply Chain Innovation in the Harbert College of Business is accepting applications for a student employee. This position supports daily front desk operations, helps students navigate supply chain program resources, assists with employer visits and events, and supports office inventory and basic logistics activities.
Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for students, employers, and visitors to the CSCI Suite, providing friendly and professional support.
- Mentor peers by answering general questions related to the supply chain major and directing students to appropriate resources when needed.
- Provide basic resume and interview preparation support for supply chain students, using approved program resources and templates.
- Assist employers and guests during visits and events, including check in, way finding, and room setup support.
- Support planning and logistics for career events, including materials preparation, signage, and coordination support.
- Maintain inventory for CSCI supplies and merchandise
