- Maintain Canvas courses that house repositories of information for all currently enrolled Graduate Business Students by updating course lists, plans of study, program options, academic policies, graduation requirements, student events, and academic support schedules to ensure students have accurate and reliable information that will assist them as they progress through their graduate business program.
- Deliver critical, time sensitive information to all currently enrolled Graduate Business Students through a series of strategically timed announcements that address topics related to the academic calendar, advising, student events, and program updates to enhance the student experience and help students succeed.
- Build courses and schedule classrooms for graduate BUSI courses in the Course Leaf and AdAstra systems through engagement with the timelines and protocols established by the registrar’s office to ensure strong collaboration with schedulers across the college and a smooth period of student registration for each upcoming semester.
- Implement a peer tutoring program by training, scheduling, and supervising Graduate Assistant Peer Tutors so that robust academic support aimed at helping graduate business students succeed is readily available in select BUSI graduate courses
- Track all Graduate Business Students who defer their entry term with the execution of a collaborative workflow of administrative protocols and student communication to ensure that students continue engaging with the program during their deferral, to prevent attrition, and to provide students with tools that will help them succeed when they start their program.
- Collaborate with teams to plan and execute all Graduate Business Programs student events by sending invitations, keeping attendee lists, collecting relevant student data, engaging with vendors, and being present before, during, and after events to ensure the delivery of high-quality events that will enhance the student experience.
