• Ph.D. in Biology, Cell and Molecular Biology, Genetics, or a related field (ABD candidates may be considered).

• Teach introductory biology, genetics, cell biology, and other undergraduate and graduate courses as needed based on departmental needs and applicants' expertise.
• Teach online courses based on departmental needs and applicants' expertise.
• Direct undergraduate and graduate research.
• Serve on departmental and university committees.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Chairperson and Dean.
• Fulfill other duties expected of a faculty member, such as student advising, departmental recruitment and retention activities, public services, etc.
