The Industrial Engineer is a full-time employee supporting the day-to-day functions of the engineering department through continuous improvement initiatives and specialized projects. The role involves providing operational support to meet departmental and mine goals, adhering to all relevant procedures, policies, environmental, health, safety, and legal standards.

Job Objective: Develop project management and continuous improvement skills through participation in projects, without formal project management responsibilities.

Essential Functions

• Leadership and adaptability skills
• Ability to analyze complex operational data and develop insights
• Understanding of operations improvement principles
• Bachelor’s degree in mining, electrical, civil, industrial, or mechanical engineering
• Willingness to work in remote environments, both on surface and underground
• Prior mining experience, including internships, preferred
• Availability to work various shifts as determined by management
