The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and skilled at managing fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environments while ensuring data accuracy and seamless communication.

  • Collect and consolidate FTE allocation inputs from Function Leads, Planning Managers, CVEs, and Program Managers
  • Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across modules and tech centers
  • Ensure alignment between AIRFLOW, RD3C‑provided FTE budgets, and consolidated program requirements across forecast cycles (F0, F1, F2)
  • Prepare consolidated reports for leadership, including tech center–wise and function-wise FTE allocation and project‑specific summaries
  • Track changes across planning cycles and maintain full traceability of updates
  • Facilitate discussions to resolve discrepancies in workload inputs or resource needs
  • Communicate risks, gaps, and required actions to ensure timely preparation and alignment
  • Identify delays, inconsistencies, or misalignments in workload submissions and elevate proactively to leadership or planning teams
  • Propose and implement data‑management and automation solutions to improve data preparation efficiency and support dynamic inputs
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce planning, program coordination, engineering planning, or similar roles
  • Automotive Manufacturing or Engineering experience
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data consolidation
  • Experience working with cross‑functional engineering teams
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight timelines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with the STELLANTIS AIRFLOW database is a strong advantage
  • Experience in automotive or large‑scale engineering program environments
  • Familiarity with FTE budgeting, workload forecasting techniques, and workforce planning
  • Understanding of program governance processes (e.g., allocation reviews, GPAC, milestone planning)
