Additional specific responsibilities include:
- Modeling activities including using first principles to develop high level models and features as well as the analysis of the produced results.
- 1‑D modeling techniques of vehicle acceleration launches in different setups/scenarios (VDE, weight, traction limits, road grades …etc.)- and various fuel economy cycles for variety of propulsion systems including those that utilize but not limited to ICE, e‑Machines, EVT, CVT, AT, MT, ... for hybrid and non‑hybrid PRS for all existing PRS architectures
- Tracking and Establishing energy balance sheets and energy flows tracking component losses and efficiencies
- Correlation of models to vehicle test data
- Traces generation and plotting of test and simulation data
- Integration of analytical calculations (pre/post-processing) and basic or advanced control logics governing the behavior of the physical portion of the models embedded into the vehicle applications.
- Creating and usingpre‑processing and post‑processing tools and provide support to resolve issues connected to the utilization of the proprietary frameworks and codes
