Description
:
As the Final Integration Manufacturing Project Manager Operations Lead, you will be the cost, schedule, technical and programmatic interface between the program and manufacturing.
- Cost:
Understand budget allocation and drive cost performance across Operations, support program proposal and basis of estimate efforts, account for and manage all out‑of‑scope requests to ensure proper budget considerations. - Schedule:
Drive planning and execution across Operations, lead Program Status Meetings, drive daily actions across teams, drive forward/backward pass analysis, coordinate inter‑facility and cross‑site actions and readiness. - Technical:
Demonstrate technical understanding, articulate and discuss technical issues, drive technical production issues through program/engineering, ensure engineering and MRP work to production need dates, support MRB, FRB, ARB as needed. - Programmatic:
Interface between Operations, Engineering, Program Lines of Business; communicate hardware status to program and customer; ensure Operations readiness; host MRR, TRR, program management reviews; support LOB‑specific meetings; drive what‑if analysis and risk mitigation; engage early with operations leadership for return‑to‑green plans.
- Program/Project Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Engineering and Systems Engineering for production and/or deployed system support.
- Must be a US citizen.
- Secret clearance.
- High rate/ high volume manufacturing experience.
- Technical experience related to missile, launch vehicle and/or space vehicle development.
- Ability to articulate complex technical and programmatic issues to peers, management and customers.
- Cross‑functional program management coordination.
- Project Management of highly complex manufacturing process.
- Earned Value Management experience.

Work Location and Schedule
:
Onsite full‑time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Schedule:
9x80 with every other Friday off.
