Responsibilities- Review and monitor all open, in‑progress, and closed points managed by Technical Shop Floor Support.
- Ensure every point is analyzed, assigned, and escalated to the appropriate level.
- Drive timely closure of non‑conformities and production blockers.
- Transfer folios and update SAP when required.
- Lead and animate Pre‑Quality Gates.
- Ensure each station is fully prepared to achieve the greenest Quality Gate possible.
- Deliver structured and reliable QG reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field required.
- 2+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, aircraft production, or final assembly environment.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team coordination role within a production environment.
- Experience supporting aircraft final assembly line (FAL), MRO, or large‑scale aerospace manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cross‑functional teams (Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain).
- Experience resolving production issues, non‑conformities, and driving corrective actions (RCCA / 8D).
- Strong understanding of industrial performance metrics (safety, quality, cost, delivery).
- Familiarity with FAA and/or EASA regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Experience with commercial aircraft programs.
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
- PMP certification.
- Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
