Aircraft Manager; ACM

• Review and monitor all open, in‑progress, and closed points managed by Technical Shop Floor Support.
• Ensure every point is analyzed, assigned, and escalated to the appropriate level.
• Drive timely closure of non‑conformities and production blockers.
• Transfer folios and update SAP when required.
• Lead and animate Pre‑Quality Gates.
• Ensure each station is fully prepared to achieve the greenest Quality Gate possible.
• Deliver structured and reliable QG reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field required.
• 2+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, aircraft production, or final assembly environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team coordination role within a production environment.
• Experience supporting aircraft final assembly line (FAL), MRO, or large‑scale aerospace manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross‑functional teams (Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain).
• Experience resolving production issues, non‑conformities, and driving corrective actions (RCCA / 8D).
• Strong understanding of industrial performance metrics (safety, quality, cost, delivery).
• Familiarity with FAA and/or EASA regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

• Experience with commercial aircraft programs.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
• PMP certification.
• Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
