- Work with Finance Management, Program Management, CAMs and Finance Analysts to ensure the program meets its financial commitments.
- Load and maintain budgets and forecasts in the Earned Value Management tool (COBRA).
- Utilize the Earned Value Management system to measure cost and schedule performance, prepare variance reports on a monthly basis, and analyze risks and opportunities.
- Develop financial process improvements and present recommendations.
- Contribute to a team of Super Business Operation (SBOPs) and support teams throughout monthly and annual processes such as Comprehensive Estimates at Completion (CEACs) and Data‑Driven Metrics (DDMs).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work with detailed analysis of data.
- Proven effective analytical skills.
- Ability to multi‑task in high‑pressure environment.
- Ability to obtain security clearance.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
- Earned Value Management (EVM) experience.
- Experience baselining and managing large production and/or development contracts.
- Proficient in Excel and all other Microsoft applications.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Experience with LM Space software (Cobra, SAP).
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- 3+ years of related finance experience.
- Currently active Secret clearance.
Position requires a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Pay RateThe annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, and Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range will reflect the candidate’s final work location.
