Who we are looking for:
Transaction Coordinator role: support Loan Officers by inputting, organising, distributing information and documents, accessing internet resources, entering data in loan origination software, setting up mortgage loan files in accordance with guidelines.
What you'll need to be successful:- Great time management, organization, and positive attitude.
- Comfortable working online most of the day, accessing and compiling information from across the internet.
- Proficient with MS Office and data entry.
- Basic understanding of the mortgage loan process a plus.
- Proficiency with printers, scanners, fax machines and reliability.
