Server, Server​/Wait Staff

We’re hiring a Server for an on-site role in Mobile, Alabama. This temporary position is a great fit for someone who enjoys providing friendly, attentive service, works well in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in creating positive guest experiences. Ideal candidates are adaptable, reliable and comfortable working flexible or on-call shifts.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, attentive food and beverage service while maintaining high service standards
• Greet guests, present menus, answer questions and make food recommendations
• Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen and bar in a timely manner
• Monitor tables to anticipate guest needs and ensure a smooth dining experience
• Clear, reset and maintain tables and service areas throughout the shift
• Complete assigned side work and maintain clean, organized work and storage areas
• Assist with setup, service and breakdown of banquet and special event spaces
• Follow all safety, sanitation and service guidelines and attend required meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Previous serving or hospitality experience
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
• Team-oriented attitude with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Attention to cleanliness, safety and service standards
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
