Employment Specialist​/Jr Recruiter

Express Employment Professionals in Auburn, AL is looking for our next Employment Specialist / Junior Recruiter to join our team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who is people-oriented, driven, organized, competitive, and ready to grow in the recruiting and staffing industry. Recruiting experience is a plus, but it’s not required — we can teach recruiting. We’re looking for the right person with the right attitude, work ethic, and personality to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Recruiting and interviewing candidates
• Matching job seekers with opportunities that fit their skills and experience
• Building relationships with associates and local companies
• Managing job orders and following up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach
• Helping our team meet recruiting, placement, and service goals

• A natural communicator who genuinely enjoys people
• Someone who can juggle 47 things at once without completely losing their mind
• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable making phone calls and starting conversations
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
