Overview

The Audience &Customer Data Analystis responsible for transforming customer and audience-leveldata into actionable insights that inform marketing strategy, audience targeting, and performance optimization across the Connected Marketing Funnel. This role blends analytical rigor, customer dataexpertise, andcross functional collaboration to supportdata-drivendecisionmakingformarketing and business stakeholders.

Success in this role requires strongcustomerdata fluencyalong with a deep understanding of the customer journey and effectively analyzing andcommunicatingaudience-level performance across touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer and audience-leveldatatoidentifybehavioral patterns, funnel progression trends, and conversion outcomes
  • Evaluate segmentation logic and audience strategies,identifyingimprovement opportunities based on performance signals
  • Conduct root-cause and cause-and-effect analysis to understand drivers of business and marketing performance
  • Collaborate closely within internal business stakeholders and agency teams toalign on analytical needs and unify methodologies
  • Support stakeholders in understanding data logic, analytical outcomes, and audience-levelimplications
  • Communicate complex analytical concepts in clear,business-focusedlanguage to both technical and nontechnical teams
  • Respond toad hoc analytical requests from leadership infast paced environments
Data Strategy & Enablement
  • Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or challenges related to customer or audience-level inputs and partner with upstream teams to address them
  • Ensure analytical frameworks, performance metrics, and data definitionsremainconsistent across teams and deliverables
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’sdegree
  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, business analysis, customer insights, ora relateddata focusedrole
  • Strong technical skills with SQL fordata extraction and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights
  • Experience working with customer data, audience segmentation, or customer journey analytics
  • Proven ability to collaborate withcross functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business relevant insights
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and audience modeling
  • Familiarity with marketing measurement, CRM programs, or multitier marketing environments
  • Experiencewithdata visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) to support insight delivery
  • Automotive industry experience
