Position: IT Business Systems Analyst – Dealer Experience

IT Business Systems Analyst – Aftersales Dealer Experience

The role supports the design, enhancement, and continuous improvement of digital platforms critical to Mopar Aftersales. Focus is on dealer service, warranty and parts workflows to translate them into IT requirements that improve dealer efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Dealer Requirements & Business Analysis
  • Collect, analyze, and document dealer‑facing requirements for service, booking and DMS tools.
  • Map dealer workflows and identify digital improvement opportunities.
  • Create functional specifications and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Platform Enhancement & Delivery Support
  • Prioritize product backlog items aligning with dealer impact and business value.
  • Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation.
  • Validate functionality in UAT and produce release notes for dealer stakeholders.
System & Data Coordination
  • Define integration requirements for parts, service, warranty and eCommerce systems.
  • Ensure data quality, dealer account structures and permission settings meet business needs.
  • Validate data flows and cross‑functional dependencies with IT and business teams.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
  • Work with Dealer Operations, Aftersales, Commercial, Parts Sales & Marketing, and IT product teams to align priorities.
  • Act as liaison to capture dealer pain points and transform them into system improvements.
  • Communicate status, risks, and key decisions to leadership and partners.
Continuous Improvement & Dealer Experience Innovation
  • Identify opportunities to elevate dealer efficiency and satisfaction through digital enhancements.
  • Leverage usage analytics and performance metrics to recommend improvements.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as new portal capabilities and integration of service or parts applications.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years as an IT Business Analyst supporting dealer‑facing systems.
  • Strong experience gathering, documenting requirements and writing user stories.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with automotive dealer operations (service, warranty, parts, sales).
  • Understanding of dealership systems such as DMS, service tools, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Exposure to digital transformation or dealer modernization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of multi‑system integration, catalog and pricing data, and operational workflows.
