Overview
The Athletics IT Service Desk is seeking motivated students to join our team in providing frontline technical support to Auburn University’s athletics community! This role offers hands‑on experience supporting a wide range of IT services for staff, student‑athletes and coaches.
* Flexible work hours to accommodate class schedules.
Responsibilities- Support for Auburn Information Technology resources including Configuration of laptops, tablets, and cell phones for campus wireless and email systems, accounts, email, printing services, and other IT services.
- Assistance with Duo 2
Factor registration, reactivation, and removal. - Monitor the athletics Service Now system and respond to tickets and other requests accordingly.
- Limited Football Game Day IT support that includes data network, wireless network set up monitoring, troubleshooting, etc.
- Ability to work independently.
Enrolled student at Auburn University
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT resources and services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must understand that the student is responsible for working the hours that they are scheduled or will ensure that their hours are covered if they are unable to work a scheduled shift.
