Cloud Computing: Infrastructure & Operations
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and enhance technology platforms
• Build and support infrastructure, global networks, and public cloud environments
• Support a wide range of business applications
• Work closely with Systems Engineers, application development teams, security, and business partners
• Improve developer experience and software delivery through cloud-native technologies, Dev Ops principles, and Infrastructure as Code
• Build secure, compliant, and highly automated platform environments at enterprise scale
• Develop fluency with AI tools used across the business
• Apply critical thinking to AI-assisted work while prioritizing accuracy, confidentiality, and ethical standards
- Currently enrolled in and attending school, pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Security, or a related technical field
- Expected graduation by August 2027
- Completion of the 2026 Lilly technology summer internship or spring fellowship
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Lilly will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization or visas, including F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, J-1, H-1B, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, or L-1
- Prior experience using AI tools in an academic, project, or work setting
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work across global, inclusive teams
- Knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks, such as Scrum and SAFe
Demonstrates expertise in designing and developing technology platforms while applying cloud-native technologies and Dev Ops principles. Proficient in using AI tools and committed to maintaining security, compliance, and ethical standards in platform environments.
