Stocking Team Associate

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).

Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Stocking associates unload trucks and stock new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom.

• Unload trucks and place freight in designated areas.
• Maintain correct product placement and aisle organization.
• Lift and move heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds.
• Operate forklifts when necessary.

• Must be able to lift > 50 pounds.
• Experience operating heavy machinery such as forklifts is preferred.
• Valid forklift certification optional; training provided if needed.
• Physical stamina to work standing and moving goods.
