Custodial Supervisor

This position is 3rd Shift (Sunday-Thursday)

Auburn University Facilities Management is in search for a Custodian Supervisor. Join our team at Auburn University and help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, faculty, and staff. As a Custodian Supervisor, you will lead and support a dedicated custodial and floor maintenance team, ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness. This role involves monitoring, directing, and actively participating in custodial and activities, while providing hands‑on training in proper techniques.

In addition to general custodial duties, you will oversee floor care operations, including the use of various floor machines for cleaning, polishing, and refinishing surfaces. Responsibilities also include moving furniture and equipment to maintain floors effectively and leading floor technicians to ensure best practices are followed. Your leadership will help maintain and improve the appearance of our campus, creating a positive experience for everyone who visits Auburn University.
