We look for a Maintenance Technician to maintain and enhance the value of our properties through preventative upkeep, capital improvement and repair.

Job Type: Full‑time. Standard schedule Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; nights or weekends may be required as business needs dictate.

The compensation range is $15.73 – $21.64 per hour plus bonus potential. Final offers will consider education, skills, experience and location.

• Monitor residential sites, building locations, clubhouse, amenities and other common areas for superior curb appeal, general cleanliness and organization.
• Review, assign and follow up on open work orders to ensure completion and acceptance within company guidelines.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service during each encounter with residents, prospects, vendors, officials and community members.
• Solicit bids, negotiate contracts, and observe work performed by independent contractors to ensure quality.
• Respond to after‑hour emergency issues.
• Monitor maintenance trends and develop a preventive maintenance program to help minimize cost to owner.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory of company vehicles, machinery and tools.
• Assist with annual unit turnover and help execute move‑in/move‑out procedures.

• One or more years of experience in building maintenance; student housing experience is a plus.
• Experience with HVAC and appliance repair.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance; open to becoming a Certified Pool Operator.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Strong administrative, organization and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and excels at teamwork.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Ability to stand and bend for up to 8 hrs (with breaks) in hot, cold and wet environments.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience with Entrata software is preferred.
• Ability to fulfill rotating on‑call duties as needed.
