Core Spaces LLC is seeking a dedicated Porter to maintain cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal at our Auburn community. You will perform daily cleaning, groundskeeping, trash management, and assist with move‑ins/move‑outs and resident events on a full‑time, non‑exempt basis.
Reporting to the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll work on-site, follow safety protocols, and use standard property operations tools to ensure excellent resident experiences.
